When you submit an enquiry or book a journey, we collect your name, email, phone number, destinations of interest, preferred dates, budget (if shared), and any details provided in your message.
When you browse the website, we collect basic technical information (browser type, language, region) via analytics tools to improve your experience.
Your information is used solely to respond to enquiries, design your journey, process bookings, and communicate throughout the trip.
We do NOT sell, rent or share your data with third parties other than the direct service partners supporting your journey (hotels, airlines, transport companies).
Data is stored on certified third-party secure systems (email server, CRM). We apply technical and internal process measures to protect your data from unauthorised access.
Enquiry data is held for up to 24 months. Booking data is retained in accordance with accounting and legal requirements (minimum 10 years under Vietnamese law).
You have the right to: request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; withdraw consent to data processing; and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
