When you submit an enquiry or book a journey, we collect your name, email, phone number, destinations of interest, preferred dates, budget (if shared), and any details provided in your message.

When you simply browse the website, we do not actively collect any personal data. The website currently uses no analytics tools or behavioural tracking. Your browser may transmit standard technical information (such as your IP address) to our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) purely to serve pages and protect the website.

Your information is used solely to respond to enquiries, design your journey, process bookings, and communicate throughout the trip.

We do NOT sell, rent or share your data with third parties other than the direct service partners supporting your journey (hotels, airlines, transport companies).

Information you submit via the enquiry form or email is received and stored in NKI's email system. We apply technical and internal process measures to protect your data from unauthorised access; only the staff responsible for your consultation can access your information.

Enquiry data is held for up to 24 months. Booking data is retained in accordance with accounting and legal requirements (minimum 10 years under Vietnamese law).

You have the right to: request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; withdraw consent to data processing; and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

We only send promotional information, offers or newsletters if you have given separate consent for that purpose. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will stop sending as soon as we receive your request.

This website currently sets no cookies of its own: no login or session cookies, no language cookies (language is selected via the page URL), and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may set purely technical cookies in certain situations to protect the website from bots and attacks. Should we introduce analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated before deployment.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with a clear update date.
