NK-INTERNATIONAL is a company that designs and organises premium travel journeys. We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, cruise operators).
All quotes and proposed itineraries are binding only once confirmed in writing by both parties and a deposit paid as agreed.
The deposit rate is agreed per journey, typically 30–50% of the total value. Full payment must be completed at least 30 days before departure.
All payments are made by bank transfer to the company account specified in the contract. We do not accept cash payments.
Cancellation terms follow each supplier's policy (hotel, airline, cruise) and are stated in the contract. Some luxury suppliers apply strict non-refundable deposit policies.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with trip cancellation cover for all journeys.
NK-INTERNATIONAL is committed to fulfilling all agreed obligations. However, we are not liable for losses arising from: force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, war), changes by suppliers beyond our control, or the personal conduct of clients.
All website content (text, images, design) is owned by NK-INTERNATIONAL or used under licence. Reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. All disputes are resolved before the competent court in Hanoi.
